are you wanting pc133, or do you want ddr ram?

there are several boards based on the km266 chipset that are really small, they have onboard video, but they also have agp slots so you can upgrade to a nicer video card if needed
Biostar M7VIG (both sdr and ddr slots)
Gigabyte GA-7VKML (just ddr)

or you can go with the older KLE133 or KM133 if you just need SDRam

I would like to use DDR ram....which motherboard would be better for me...i want to make my own case..and have it be as small as i cam make it everthing can be on board and i want to use DDR ram...i am just going to put the Mobo.CPU,CPU fan,one HD and some case fase... or would it be better to go with the P4(less heat or smaller) and i would need a big CPU fan on it.. what do you think?

If you want a small factor board then Shuttle is the king of that. Your 2 choices are...

If you just have to have a AGP slot for video then look at the MK32N. It has sound, ethernet, video, and a AGP slot. It is a mAtx board. KM266 chipset.

If you just need a computer to play basic games or non, then look at the FS40. It has sound(5.1ch), video, ethernet, Firewire, and TV output. It is a Flex ATX board, VERY Small. SiS740 chipset.

The KM266 has a AGP port and ok on-board video. The SiS740 has no AGP slot but the video is a lot better, like a low end GF2 MX card type level.

I had to find the smallest motherboard available for a custom mod I did.. Looked at all the motherboard manufacturers and I found this one:
Biostar M7VKQ

It's been running for a month now and I'm happy with it. It has onboard everything but I stuck a gf2 in there.. This isn't my main box, it's just a goof around linux box but it's very stable and runs pretty good with the duron 1.3 I have in there now.. I'm also pretty sure it takes much larger cpus...

i think the best uATX board you are going to find is the Abit NV7m with the nForce chipset. if you need smaller, you can get a flexATX mobo like the FV40. this is what is in the SS40 computer, but i am not sure whether it is sold separately.
