SM Bus Controller driver for P4P800

My new P4P800 based system is working fine except for the SM Bus controller. In Device Manager, it is shown as Other Device with a yellow question mark besides it. I have searched on the ASUS CD to try to find out a driver for it but have not found anything.

I would really appreciate if someone could tell me where I could find the appopriate driver.

Also, could someone tell me what the SM Bus Cotroller is?

I use XP Pro.
