These two posts were on CTIA News today interestingly one right after the other. The Telecoms miss the deadline on purpose just so Congress can "Reward" them with more Taxpayer money.
I worked at a Wireless Carrier, I can tell you that the Telecoms have been waiting for this "Handout" all along. The Technology is already in place, they have just been holding out until the Government gives them this kind of money. It's Corporate Espionage and Fraud and should not be tolerated. I'm not surprised the Whitewater lady herself is the Sponsor of the pick pocket of the American Consumers Bill.
