Slums of Beverly Hills

Deadbeat Dad (sorta) who relies on his brother for money to live. Dad sells cars but apparently sucks, because they're skipping out on rent.

Enter his brother's daughter, who's a flake, who he takes in and talks his brother into giving a monthly allowance for so that him and his family (daughter and 2 sons) can live in some nice digs.

You see the girl's boobs (but I'm pretty sure they aren't hers, as they flash specifically to them, but you don't see her face). You get a good couple shots of Marisa's, too.
 
lol, nice explanation.. you may be right about her boobs since they just "flash" to them, but when she shows Marisa them in the bathroom you see the lines and stuff the doctor drew, so ya gotta think they're hers right?
 
All I remember is that the Dad is always annoyed with his daughter and says, "Wear a god damn brassiere!" And she says, "It's a halter-top."
Seriously, I have no real memory of this movie.
