Ok...I just reformatted my computer and now things seem to run a lot slower. I'm guessing it's maybe a videocard or monitor problem.
I have an all in wonder radeon 8500 with the latest catalyst from ati.com.
sylvania flat screen monitor.
Problem: whenever clicking or opening a new window the whole thing refreshs from top to bottom, which causes things to be really slow on the comp.
help!
