finally decided to stop being so lazy and started froogling everything instead of normally ordering everything from Newegg (spent over $2000 on them last month and i'm a little short on cash now). Saved about 40 bucks or so for about an extra hour of bargain hunting.

Used to be so much easier just buying everything from one site. :(

Also saved a bunch of money on my car insurance by adding my mother's car to my name to get a multi-car discount.

Suture yourself, I prefer dealing with an upfront company which I know won't gyp me, tell me something's in stock when it isn't, give me a hard time with exchanges or DOA equipment or otherwise do shady things. Also can't forget shipping, a lot of people see a price a few bucks lower and ooh and aah without realizing that the company charges $10-$20 or more for UPS ground (1-2 weeks) vs. the egg's inexpensive 2-3 day fedex. People willing to put up with huge piles of BS to have a chance at saving a few bucks amuse me though ;)

1. newegg is reliable.
2. Unless they somehow prove to be ureliable, and unless the price of their reliability no longer remains cost effective for me, I will continue to shop with them.

Hell, I just bought a print server for someone on there yesterday:thumbsup:

You DO realize www.pricewatch.com >>>>> froogle, right?

COMPLETELY different set of vendors, though, so it pays to check both.

And, of course, Pricewatch only does computer hardware, so for anything else, froogle is the only option.
