A long term problem that is only affecting XP on a dual boot XP/W7 Machine.
Selecting shut down/restart on average takes four to five minutes sometimes i'll get a fluke and a restart will happen as planned.
Edit: Why is it i always solve these things after i post? i ran uphclean it identified CTxfiHlp as the problem and disabling it from starting up solved everything.
Makes me wonder why creative have yet to fix this issue this has caused me six months of on again off again wasted time, it was so simple to fix gah....
Well thanks for at least having somewhere to think out my problem anandtech 🙂

Userenv: Warning Event ID 1524
Windows cannot unload your classes registry file - it is still in use by other applications or services. The file will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.
Userenv: Warning Event ID 1517
Windows saved user [removed\removed] registry while an application or service was still using the registry during log off. The memory used by the user's registry has not been freed. The registry will be unloaded when it is no longer in use.
This is often caused by services running as a user account, try configuring the services to run in either the LocalService or NetworkService account.
