Slow Webpage Speed Fast TestMy.Net

For the past couple of days after coming home from being gone for 2 weeks, webpages have been loading horribly slow (like 30seconds to 1minute) mainly for webpages with images like slickdeals.net, espn, cnn, etc.

When I do TestMy.Net I get 87mbps download and 70mbps upload.

I am living in an apartment so I cannot adjust much as far as internet settings.

I have an Asus RT56U router

Any help would be amazing. Thank You.

(I am using Google Chrome, but it seems to be slow for IE, FireFox, Chrome all the same)

Malware didnt find anything but the other Adware one found a couple things.

Unfortunately it is still slow :\

Change DNS server to be 4.4.4.4 for testing. (That is level 3's).
You can also try google's, 8.8.8.8.
