Slow Run dialog box after Windows updates?

I installed the latest windows updates and when I tried to run a command I see that the system is slow. I tried different systems and they where all the same. Yesterday they were all fine and the only thing changed is the updates, (without IE7).

I do have other slowdowns with explorer windows and other windows sometimes.

It is like DEP is running on everything, and I checked the DEP setting did not change.

Viruses/Spyware all test clean and there are no other problems other that this.

Any ideas or similar problems?
 
I used to experience the same problem except it was only in IE6. After upgrade to IE7, everythign went back to normal.
