slow pc!!

my pc runs slow for some reason
i have a celeron 1.8 ghz
i have a P4VMM2 motherboard
256 megs of pc133
and a geforce 4 ti 4200 i get about 5000 3dmarks in 3dmark2001se

How about some more details such as what is slow? The OS loading? Basic operations in the OS such as menus opening? Programs loading? Program performance? Game performance? You need to give more details if you expect people to be able to help you.

it starts up fast just 3d is slow
like games and stuff

Do you have the latest drivers for your video card and motherboard? What OS? What version of DirectX?
