If you only watch movies and TV, then yes, get one! Bar none, the best display money can buy. However, if you game a lot then you'll probably want to swing over to AVSForum, they have a dedicated thread to permanent burn-in (not just IR) with photos. Many people are lucky and don't experience it at all, but it happens frequently enough to scare some folks off. You get ZERO warranty support for burn-in. Not even Costco's warranty will replace it for you... and that's saying something. Caveat Emptor. Rtings.com is doing some extensive/exhaustive burn-in testing using several OLEDs at once across multiple types of content, so keep an eye on that, too.
Then you should have absolutely no worries. That was my primary concern when deciding between the two because we do play a lot of games across the office, living room, and theater. My preference is generally in the office where my primary gaming rig and CRT are located, but couch coop can really only be done in the living room and theater.
