My Dell Inspiron 8200 is running at 1.2ghz, but I bought it to run at 1.6ghz. I understand that there is Intel "stepping" involved, but I want it to ALWAYS run at 1.6ghz. How do I do this? I've already gone into the BIOS and put it to max settings, but still 1.2ghz. Can someone tell me how? Thanks.
