Slow Hard Drive Transfer Rates

Hi guys, im gettin really slow data transfer rates for my hard drive.... it will take forever just to transfer a few files...



I think its because my Hard Drive is user Ultra DMA 2 instead of Ultra DMA 5,


im pretty sure that is the reason,


can somebody tell me how to get my hard drive to ULtra DMA 5 ??

I have a dell Dimension 8400
 
The best way to get good trasfer rates is so look at the names of the forums and post in the appropriate one...
