Slow GeF3 problem

Okay, reloaded 4in1, DX8.0a, and nvidia 21.83.
Changed from 1x AGP to 4X.

Been pulling my hair out for three days.

At 1024x768 16bbp, I only get 4533 score, where as typical numbers on MadOnion show +10k.
Any ideas?
