Slow file transfers in Vista on my laptop...

Does anyone have a link to that fix? I can't find the old thread. I don't want to call microsoft.
 
Take it with a grain of salt. On my system although the transfer startup would be slow it would completely saturate my 100Mbps connection. After the hotfix it putters along at maybe 10% utilization if I'm lucky. Sadly I have system restore turned off on this system. 🙁
