Slow DVD Burning

Hi

I just got a burner and when i put it on ide2 as master i burned at 4x no problem

but i movied it to ide1 as slave and now it took me 2.5hours to burn....

also the first time i was using dvddecrypter to burn and the sencond time i used nero 5.5.somehting

does anyone knwo if it is ide or is becasue i used nero

i would hate to have to try burnign somehting again and waing almost 3 hours

I would move the burner back to Ide 2 master and try it again. I think that may be your problem. MHO.

Make sure you're in DMA mode.

Right click MY COMPUTER > Properties
Hardware Tab
Device Manger
IDE ATA / ATAPI controllers
Primary IDE Channel
