I am using Earthlink DSL on Win2k. Does anybody have this problem:
Whenever I first try to sign on using RASPPPOE, there is a two to three minute delay on my computer before I can actually hit DIAL and get onto the Internet. I've read elsewhere where people were able to just turn on their computers, run the program, and get on the internet instantly without having to wait. Is my problem a Win2k problem, an Earthlink problem, or a DSL modem problem?
