Windows logo now completes animation while booting and firefox probably takes 1 sec before actually loading. My 4K-64 bench started at 0 MB/s for a second or two before showing numbers. Is this normal and are my numbers fine?

I don't have any BSODs now after I fixed some drivers/norton. I just want to get that fast booting again when the animation couldn't complete.

Here are my scores from the same drive, rest of my specs are in my sig.

Your 4k read is lower than mine but the rest look OK.

Run the SSD Magician performance optimization feature and see if that improves the situation. Make sure you have the latest chipset and RST drivers installed. If none of this helps, secure erase using the Samsung Linux utility and start again.
