I seem to lose maybe 10mL about every 3 weeks. I've observed all the fittings and they seem fine and don't see any leaks. The resevoir cap is tight.

Does the water evaporate naturally? Any other thoughts?

you will lose coolantly very slowly over time

custom built LC tubing is naturally porous... so you always need to top off a custom built LC.

While 10ml sounds about the same as a good shot of stiff brandy, it still seems like a lot over 3 weeks. But what would I know?

Anyway -- To your health!!

Was absolutely all the air bled out of the system when it was put into service?

I can't be 100% sure it was totally bled, but this system has been running for 2+ months now so I thought it would have bled out enough. I guess I'll refill and keep an eye out.

Yeah I figured the tubing is a bit porous, but I'm guessing losing this much coolant is not all from that.
