I have a friend have a problem, and he can't post here, so I'll post for him....
"I am hoping someone can help me with this...my moms computer absolutely blows, but its all i have until I get my mobo on my computer replaced..
Whenever I am in Internet Explorer (did this in 5.0 and 6.0) whenever you fill out forms it takes a long time to go between forms. Then when you click the grey okay or send or submit button it takes forever then finally goes to the next page.
changing to netscape sounds like a good idea, right? WRONG, cant even get netscape to open really. Like it wll act like its gonna open, then lock.
So anyway, i just downloaded MSN Explorer (sucks, but gave it a try), and it does the same thing IE does, just its 400% slower doing it.
Anyway to fix this?
I tried signing up for the anandtech forum, but everytime I try it says I am forbidden to post/reply/edit posts. I have never used that forum in my life so i have no clue why i am forbidden.

He did have the W32.HLLW.Hai virus, but has removed it, and his PC is still running IE and Outlook Express slow. He also says that it takes forever to do anything once he has them opened. He has also tried Netscape with no luck.
