I'm having this issue recently where my browser hangs for 20-30 secs, and it's usually when I view pages with flash. Sometimes it does it with my Gmail, but overall it's just on pages with Flash. So I believe that I probably have an issue there...
Any steps I can take to troubleshoot this?

EDIT: Found the uninstaller for Flash, and I'm going to run that in a bit. But if anyone has any other steps that I can take, let me know, and I'll give those a go after I reinstall Flash.
