Well I am having somewhat an issue here...
Windows loads up pretty slow and I have a pretty fast machine.
When I game, or do my video editing, everything is golden.
It bothers me why it loads slow? But yet the system is so damn fast. Ughhh

Specs:
3.2E w/HT & 1mb Cache
512(2x256)Dual Channel PC3200 Mushkin
GeForce FX 5900XT
ASUS P4P800-E Deluxe
80GIG Western Digital (for XP and apps)
120GIG Western Digital (for storage)
Windows XP Pro

Any Ideas?

Reformat :)

Or rather, find a spare drive and install a clean copy of your OS and see if there is any imrprovement. If there is, then reformat.

Nine times out of ten, XP's slow booting is due to borked network connections or network drivers... IMX.

I would download BootVis to do some troubleshooting to pin down the precise cause. Note that BootVis requires Task Scheduler to be enabled.
