slow boot problem

Hi, I need Phil "the man" to help me figure out why my board is booting so slow. Everything goes ok until it recognises USB and then theres about a two or three minute gap before it boots into the system. After everything is fine. i've tried swapping connections and just about everything else I can think of, but nothing seems to work.
I'm on a P5W-DH board with 2gig Corsair.

i'm not Phil "the man" but I did cut down on my boot time considerably by not having the system go look for network connections on remote computers.. If you have shares you reconnect to during boot time.. it'll drag the system down. Not using any? then turn off and set to Manual the Workstation Service and the Computer Browser too.

Also look into hardcoding your IP address instead of making the computer get one from your DHCP server..
