Slow boot for Windows in Raid0...

Heya everyone. I'm sure this topic could be covered in a few other forums but somehow I feel its bios/mobo related.

Anyhoo, im running 2 x 250 7200 rpm 16MB cache WD drives in Raid0. On my old comp, with a horrible hard drive, it would boot in 50 seconds. I timed my new computer, and it barely loads in 45 seconds. Kind of dissapointing for Raid, so I'm thinking I have some things in bios startup thats slownig me down.

The only thing that I can see slowing my startup, is in bios startup it mentions a DVD drive and asks to press a key to continue. If I dont it will proceed after 2-3 seconds. Im judging my time by when I press the power before to the moment I see the windows desktop. I'm runing a Abit Ab9 Pro Motherboafrd. Anyone have ideas? Any adjustments I can make in bios? Anyway my specs below:

Intel C2D E6400
Abit AB9 Pro
OCZ 2 Gig 800 ddr2 ram
EVGA 7900 GTX
2 x WD 7200 16MB in Raid0 with Intel Raid drivers.

its probably a faulty windows install.
Ive got a pentium computer with xp, and it loads with 2 bars. While my current opt 146 system loads with 5 or 6 bars.
Its probably a bunch of variables to consider. But also, you have to know that having windows on raid 0 doesnt neccesarily means it will boot faster because windows uses a bunch of small load up files- which is not a strong point of raid0's.
