This is one of those P3s with only the back part of the enclosure that holds the fan.
I had this cpu on my BH6 and the CPU supports looked the same as the ones on my son's bh6, except that there were some clips down in the actual stand area that cliped to a real P2 or P3

Both sets of stands accept the little top clips that hold the slotkets into place except thay do not clip onto the P3, and again the stands on my sons board do not have the lower clip, like the stands on BH6 do.

This SLOT-1 cpu fits very tightly into the slot, and the PC does not get moved around at all, so I am wondering how critical it is that the stands actually clip the CPU into place.

Any and all comments welcome.

It should be OK for a good number of months as long as there isn't too much vibration or any bumps. You may need to reseat it every few months or more though

I used to have a Cel S370 on an adapter into a Slot1 board ,there were no clips supplied to hold it on.I found it was fine when it wasn't moved but would sometimes move slightly when I moved the PC & then wouldn't boot, reseating it fixed it.In the end I used cable ties to hold it still:).Maybe you could too? ,be carefull though!
