Not sure if its me or what, but lately topics take from 10-20 seconds to load. Is it just due to load since it doesnt seem to be an issue during off peak hours? Also, its not my connection, im on a 20/20mb pipe and get every bit of it

It's not taking me 10-20 seconds, but yes, I notice a bit of a delay at times, perhaps 1-2 seconds. 10/1 cable.

Nope, no antivirus on this machine. Dont need it, runs linux 🙂

Also happens with my windows boxen as well. Also happens at home. Maybe just the servers being a bit taxed

im running kaspersky and this machine is slower than any other one ive visited the forums on. thanks for the tip

edit: just disabled mail protection in kaspersky and the forum is like lightning. sweet.
