SLK 900A + 939 Venice

Just ordered a 3200+ venice, and I have an slk 900a on my barton. Is there any way to use this heatsink with my new chip? Im putting it on the asrock dual sata board. I would hate to lose this cooler.

Also, If I cant use this please reccomend something else. I am going to be OC'ing, but I want the quietest oc I can get.

xp-120 or si-120 with a panaflow 120mm
