Are these compatible? Because I have an ASUS P4B533-v board and it doesn't have the holes in by the processor for the heatsink. I'm currently looking at the instructions, but i'm thoroughly confused now. Any help?

Your board does have the holes required to mount the SLK800, they're the same ones currently used to mount the stock P4 HSF retention frame. You need to remove the stock frame from the board which will expose the four mounting holes. You can pry up the four white plastic locking pins which will let you pull the black plastic frame off the board, exposing the four mounting holes. Then you can mount the SLK800 onto the board.
