SLK 800 fit a P4?

Have an SLK-800 on my XP2100 chip now, but have a P4 3.0C on the way. Can i use the slk-800 on it?

do you have the SLK-800U then yes, but if you got SLK-800A then no

The Zalman will fit that board with no problem.
