Slipstreaming RAID drivers into boot cd for Windows Server 2003 R2

Does this work just like XP?

Is nlite the best software to use for this?

What's happening is we have a new supermicro server that does not have a floppy drive. F6 is not possible. I plug in a USB floppy and the machine sees it but setup does not.

If I switch from RAID to IDE mode on SATA mode in BIOS it will see both drives. A mirror can be made by making the disks dynamic but I'd rather not do this and use the motherboard's raid instead.

I know you can build bootable disks for XP but never tried for Server 2003 but they look the same.

Any ideas before I do a lot for nothing?

Yes, you can do it with nLite.

XP and Server 2003 will not see all USB floppy drives. It'll only see certain makes and models. MS has a list on their site.
