Slipstreaming and nlite now sure what they are?

I somewhat gather that "slipstreaning" allows one to make a bootable CD to repair windows. That sure would be nice. I have a cd and a dvd writer.

suggestions on what to study would be appreciated'

Slipstreaming usually refers to integrating a service pack and/or updates onto a Windows setup CD. When you install Windows using the new setup CD, the service pack is applied from the get-go.

http://unattended.msfn.org is a great resource for slipstreaming. You can also post follow-up questions here if you need to.
