Slipstream SP3 into Office 2003

I don't have the Enterprise version of Office.
I have Office 2003 Professional.
Apparently, you can only make an administrative installation of Office 2003 Enterprise edition, which is a step in slipstreaming SP3.

Is there any way to slipstream SP3 if you have a non-Emterprise edition of Office 2003?

In many cases you're better off setting up a chained install rather than using an administrative installation point. Admin installs usually do not cache the installation files locally, so you'll need access to the original install location any time you want to add an Office feature.

Chaining hotfix installs is a bit of a pain, but works pretty well.

Thanks for the information and great link.
I will read it again later.

Which option results in the smallest required space on the hard drive?

1- Install Office. Then, apply SP3. Then, update Office.
2- Install a slipstream version of Office, including the service pack and updates.
3- Do a chained install
