That's the bad news.

Now... the GOOD news is that we should be able to get his php source code, we have a new stats domain for TA, and we have folks working on our OWN version of the same terrific stats!

How's that for service?

Yeah - I've changed my bookmarks to that - seems much more functional than Slipstream which was down quite a bit - although yesterday the whole team left on GeoffS's page! :Q

Unfortunately, the rawstats have not been updating And as Geoff is doing it based on the past 24hrs, as there was no update on day, everyone showed up as "New" the next day we had stats!

There's still some tweaking and bug checking for Geoff to do, but he's done an awesome job so far!

The slipstream stats used to update every hour, and it was the the coolest Dpad stats out there. But the guy decided his not running Dpad anymore, so he took down the site as well! Some TA guys convinced him to leave it for now...but now it updates every 6 hours I think...

Geoff's Stats rule now! Just to bad about the rawstats file not updating...
Geoff did say something about his stats updating hourly...

Actually slipstream is down for ever now. When he saw that our own DPAD stats were on the way he told me that he took his DPAD stats offline as he just wanted to bridge the time between for us.

Hourly update and checking for stuck stats should all be rolled out this week at which time I'll zero the database (I have to since the db design is changing...)

Sounds great!! I think the zeroing of the db isn't a big problem as it was kinda messed up anyways due to the rawstats.txt failures. :beer:

Geoff is currently working on getting hourly updates working. For this, the database structure is being changed, so he has to clear the database to start it again. It should be online soon. Just remember, however, that Geoff is doing this as a hobby, so let's not bug him too much
