Slipstream Driver into WinXP CD & IE web access control

two questions:

1) Is it possible to slipstream RAID drivers onto the WinXP install CD so when I push F6 (to load RAID drivers) during install it'll read the drivers straight from the CD?

2) I need to use a WinXP Pro computer for a public kiosk. Users need to have full access to the machine except for web access. Only a handful of websites need to be available for access. How can I block access to all but these few sites? I'd prefer some built in method in windows rather than purchasing 3rd party locking software.

I was looking into this when I was running 2000. From what I read this is possible. I however didn't get it to work. Here are some of the articles that I found. These are for 2000 but should work for xp. Not to mention if you look around the sites they might have some refering to xp. Especially the Microsoft KB.
