>>>DEAL HAS ENDED<<<

Hi All,

I am a cord cutter that was wanting to check out sling TV, and just found out that it will be free this weekend (Feb 11 & 12). The link below is all you will need to get signed in. No CC necessary! I have high hopes that this will be worth the $20, $25 or $40 a month that they charge. I think they might still have the free roku offer out there as well, but I just wanted to test the service.

You can now access 30+ channels of live TV, including the season premiere of The Walking Dead on AMC at 9pm ET on Sunday Feb. 12th. Plus — catch up with a marathon all day Sunday.
Must watch via their client as well.

Nice deal if you need up to date TV.

I just got the new model Amazon Firestick. Downloaded and installed Kodi. It unlocks it. Absoultely Amazing little device for $45 shipped and no monthly fees.

I've had Sling TV for a long time now. I upgraded a few months back from the $20 to the $25 package. It's absolutely fantastic. Works great and it's fast on my Roku 3. Definitely get the $25 package if you decide to keep it. You get 40 channels vs. 25 for the $20 version. A lot of great channels for the price.

The $40 package only adds a few channels and is not worth $15 more IMO.

It sucks....bitrate keeps dropping to low and too many commercials. Don't like the PC app either.

I was about to comment pretty much the same.
Seems they don't have enough bandwidth to keep up with the demand, and too many commercials is an understatement, shessh!

Bah, error 4-300 every time I try to look at something now, they really need more servers to handle this "free" event.
