Slingbox and 2 AP's?

basic setup:
top floor:
ip cop router
belkin pre-n AP/router (currently setup as AP)
main computer room

middle floor:
Dish network rec and TV
desired location to put Slingbox AV unit
also have another Belkin Router/AP MIMO (model f5d9230-4)

I would like to see if it's possible to 'bridge' both AP's together so i can setup the slingbox on the middle level using 1 of the AP's.
