Slim 4x DVD+/- External USB 2.0 / 1394 FireWire Burner

i saw these guys at the MacWorld show in SF this past January. this thing
is awesome. its a slim 4x DVD+/- burner thats USB 2.0 and FireWire 400.
they say it's bus powered so that means all we need is a FireWire cable
which is convenient for us laptop users. haven't seen a slim burner that
does 4x in DVD formats

that's pretty nice...but I don't know about this being a "hot deal".

$300.00 + is somewhat pricey just for been thin and 4x. Very nice tho

Maybe if it was dual layer and 16x.. thennn we jive talking .. hehe
