Slightly weird NVIDIA dual monitor configuration

I want to setup a dual monitor system by purchasinng a dual monitor capable TI4200 card. That part I know how to make it work. However, I want to rotate the image of the secondary monitor by 90 degree while leaving primary monitor alone. Is this even possible?
