You could order from Compucover but their shipping and handling looks to be ridiculous, although I have ordered from them in the past and only paid a few extra bucks for shipping. Anyways I succesfully got a PM at Staples and tacked on some other basic items to get over the $40 dollar mark so I could use the $10 off $40. YMMV.
Decent deal if you can't wait for these to go on sale again.
