FamilyWonder.com (shudder) has a Buy 1/Get 1 free deal for new AND returning customers that includes videos, DVDs, and video games. There's a banner for the promotion on their homepage.

FamilyWonder.com homepage

Note that your "get 1 free" selection must be $20.00 or less in value.

If you've just gotten a Dreamcast or Playstation (not PS2), this will net you a couple of last year's titles (currently going for $19.99 everywhere else), for a total of about $13 each shipped. Their Dreamcast inventory includes the usual suspects like NFL 2k and NBA 2K, Ready 2 Rumble Boxing, Evolution, Crazy Taxi, Sonic Adventure, etc. Many of the $19.99 Dreamcast titles out there are genuinely worth owning unless you already own their sequels.

Among the $19.99 Playstation titles I noticed were Spyro 2, Crash Bandicoot Warped, the first three Tomb Raider titles, and a few others.

In the past, these promos usually excluded DVDs. Didn't check out their selection tonight but might be worth a look also.

Esquire had to justify the $80 he spent on Microsoft Bookshelf.

Another good duo is Shenmue and Crazy Taxi for $50 + S&H. Shenmue is rarely discounted.

Which DC racing games are comparable to Gran Turismo I & II, Driver I & II and NFS?

Rossman,

I'd head over to www.ign.com and ask your question on the Dreamcast General Board. There are some heavy-duty gamers over there (understatement).

When I was trying to decide on buying a Dreamcast for my son they very patiently answered all of my "worried mom" questions.

regards,
