Anyone has an idea as to how much one should pay for it. The original CD only , no COA.
Is it Legal to buy/sell without COA, if you intend to purchase the COA separetely ?

Don't want to break any copyright laws!
 
I didn't think you could buy just the CD, they all seem to come with a certificate. Newegg was selling OEM versions for $80 or so.
