Slightly ot re: zip special at compusa

i purchased one online at like 12:03am on the 31. what are my chances on actually recieving one. i keep reading that compusa cancels orders...

I called the CompUSA customer service line yesterday to check "store stock" and she said there was none...I then ask about online ordering....She checked the stock and said that the warehouse in Texas had 1000's of these things and that if I placed the order quickly, there shouldn't be any problems getting the drive....for what it's worth

They did pull the drive from being sold on the website, so who knows

I would not trust their stock inventory system a bit. The chance of getting it will be very very slim.

Well, I haven't received a cancellation email yet... hope it goes through, because I promised my friend I'd hook him up since I was able to get another one from the B&M stores...
