Slightly OT: Ordered something I don't want from Newegg

I've mistakenly ordered a mobo and PSU from Newegg. I thought that mine went bad when in fact it was my video card.

It's been shipped. What's the easiest way to return the items? Refuse the package? Accept, then RMA?

Refuse the package, definitely. Then give them a call and tell them why.
If you try and RMA you'll have to pay shipping on the returned items plus they'll charge you a 15% restocking fee.

In fact, they might charge you a 15% restocking fee anyway in order to recover their shipping costs.

Best way is to give them a call and ask them about it.

I called Newegg and they said if I refuse the package, I don't need to pay the restocking fee, but the shipping costs are unrecoverable.

I called Fedex and had them turn the package to the other direction.

newegg is great with returns, thats why i use them all the time....
