Slightly Off Topic But...

Can anybody tell me if the ASUS CUSL2-M motherboard will accept a P3 1.266 FCPGA or a P3 1.113 FCPGA processor ? It`s a Socket 370 Coppermine type motherboard and I`m looking to replace my current 800 Mhz cpu.
I know Intel modified the latest P3`s and I would like to go for the 1.266 if it will run on my motherboard.
I have to try and keep ahead of Baldy18 😀

I`m quite sure it will take the 1.113 but I`m not 100% sure of the 1.266. I can`t find the manual :disgust: I also think the manual was printed before the faster P3`s were introduced and the manual from the Asus site is quite new but doesn`t seem to mention the faster p3`s. Or it could be that I`ve had too much too drink and I should try again tomorrow. That sounds good!

Aren't you talking about tualitins?
I think the CUSL2 boards don't take 'em.
Mine only takes the older P3's & celeries.

Hey, if you had a dual tualitin system would that be "Tuallies" (pronounced: Toolies)?

Yes, tualitins , they modified the P3 after a certain speed but they kept the Socket 370.
When did the tualitins start, and at what speed?
Please tell me before I fall over and go to sleep 😀
