Slight temp raise and system is unstable...

Right down to it:

2.6c @ 3.4ghz
SLK900U with 92mm Panaflo fan
Abit IC7

I used a house fan pointed directly at the case for cooling, temps were 53c CPU, 26c system, 40c PWM under load.
After testing it for 15 hours I shut it off, and put my case back together. Now the temps are 5c higher all around (58c CPU, 31c System, 46c PWM) and I now crash within 30 minutes of Prime95.

53c\58c for CPU seems high, but the IC7 reports higher than usual temps, Id probably put them at 40-45c actual.

So what could be causing it? The only thing that isn't monitored is the Northbridge temp, and I have a Thermaltake Tiger1 cooling that.

Any ideas?
