Well I'm getting a shadow to the right of everything, and from what I can gather, it's due to using a monitor adapter to connect an older cable style to a newer graphics card? I just upgraded my comp and now I am using a 7800GT requiring my older CRT to use an adapter. Is there anything I can do short of buying a new monitor?
Edit: I found some monitor cables that offer VGA to DVI adaption without the use of an actual adapter. Will this solve the problem or is the basic fact of VGA to DVI the same and enough to cause this?
