Slight pauses in XP Gaming

Just installed windowsXP clean install,

all my computer games experiance slight pauses from time to time. The game itself will stop for a second, and then resume. This is kinda a pain online as I will freeze in mid air for a second before resuming.

Installed the lastest XP drivers
Reinstalled them
Turned off the system restore utility, among other things

Any ideas? You can see my specs below
