slide scanner

i need a slide scanner of the drum caliber
i need to scan a lot of slides (thousands) and want something that can pretty much do it all on its own
i know it will cost me but i have to have something reliable
any suggestions

Holy crap dude... that's some serious scanning you need done I gather. I think if yer looking for a drum scanner I think you'll need to hit some still photo forums.
