SLI with two different nVidia cards?

I just bought a friend's rig and it has a board that is capable of SLI (with the second slot being 4x). I haven't paid any attention to this stuff for years.

Can I run two different nVidia cards in SLI?

Would I even want to (with these two cards)? Could the PSU handle that?

Cards:

EVGA GeForce GTX 560 2GB DDR5 (special model for Best Buy)

BFG 8800 GT

Here's the specs of the rig I bought ($600, essentially brand new)

Core i5-3570K (quad core, Ivy Bridge, unlocked, OC to 4.5 Ghz)
Corsair H60 Water Cooler HSF
8 GB generic RAM from a Dell (2x2x2x2)
ASUS P8Z68-V LX mobo
EVGA GeForce GTX 560 2GB DDR5 (special model for Best Buy)
128 GB Kingston HyperX SSD
Windows 8 Pro
Antec BP550 Plus modular power supply
Antec 300 case (only has the rear and top fans)
DVD-RW drive

That board supports crossfire but not SLI.

Most times a x4 second slot does not seek SLI certification, for money reasons.

you can use the secondary card for physx...

but no, it won't work for SLI... 2 very different VGAs, no way...

When i first got my antec 300,it had the top 140mm fan and the rear 120mm as well,i ended up putting my ssd on the bottom slot of the hard drive bay and twisty tied the 140mm to the hard drive bay behind my video card, put the speed on medium and it made a dramatic difference in temps.

Still have this modification and it works wonders,i often asked why did i installed 2 more fans as honestly they don't help period, being the side door fan and a 120mm on top.
