Sli & vsync

Im having a problem in some game's with vsync it just dosn't work. Does anyone know if Nvidia are working this problem

It's a known problem - and NVIDIA hasn't fixed it (even under old drivers and cards)..

can't stand VSYNC being off and the screen tearing on my games. The reason why i'm selling my other EVGA 7800GTX.
